Two, the registration mode:
For the convenience of the majority of students, this retraining using online learning. Fourth, registration and qualification examination

Licensed physicians are also required to provide a copy of the Physician's Practice Certificate, while technicians and physical
physicians are not required to provide a copy of the Physician's Practice Certificate. All offline submissions must be stamped with the official seal of the organization. The address for submission of materials is detailed in the Annex.
4.? Provincial medical associations are responsible for the review of the qualifications of trainees' enrollment. According to the materials submitted offline by the students, carefully check the records of the certificate holders in their respective provinces and review the qualifications of the students.
5.? Payment: Students who have passed the registration qualification audit will be considered successful in registration only if they pay the training fee of 850 RMB/person/professional by online or postal remittance within the stipulated time and obtain the account number and password for online learning (see the follow-up payment notice of the Chinese Medical Association for details). CMC will send the invoice to the trainee before May 30, 2013, and the courier number can be checked online.
V. Other
1. Qualification Submission
During the assessment on May 12, 2013, candidates will be admitted with their personal ID cards, examination passes, and the Certificate of Competence for Induction into Large-Scale Medical Equipment, and the Certificate of Competence for Induction into Large-Scale Medical Equipment will be collected by the Provincial Medical Associations on the spot and then be uniformly collected for submission to the Chinese Medical Association.
2.? The new certificate to receive
Retraining assessment of qualified students with the pass and registration of the original identity document in the specified time to receive the "National Medical Equipment Users Business Ability Assessment Certificate of Competence". 3.? Announcement of the new certificate information and query
