In 1979, a 0.5 cubic meter incinerator was built for treating organic waste residue and high concentration organic waste liquid, with an annual COD of 201 tons.  In 1981, four biological fluidized beds were built to treat biochemical organic wastewater, and 45 tons of COD were treated annually. In the same year, 100 cubic meters of anaerobic digester was built to treat biochemical organic wastewater.  In 1981, on the basis of environmental protection section set up environmental protection workshop, located in the northern part of the north plant, the main work of the production of wastewater treatment, through repeated experiments and research, the use of anaerobic digestion, deep-well aeration and incinerator of the "two gas and a furnace" method of comprehensive treatment, achieved significant results.  In 1983, the first deep well aeration device was built and put into operation.  In 1986, the second plant deep well aeration device was put into operation.  1988 South plant nitro wastewater treatment plant was built and put into operation, the end of 1988, thousands of tons of vitamin C attached to the deep well aeration, wastewater treatment and incinerator project was completed, so that thousands of tons of vitamin C production of waste residue, wastewater treatment, to meet the requirements of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau of the emission standards.  In 1996, Northeast Pharmaceutical General Factory, as a Liaoning Province, Shenyang City Environmental Protection Bureau, Shenyang City Economic and Trade Commission to determine the cleaner production of pilot enterprises, began to carry out cleaner production work. During the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period (especially after 1998), our factory has invested more than 50 million yuan in cleaner production, and implemented a large number of cleaner production programs with no, low and medium and high costs, and achieved significant results through the implementation of measures such as process improvement, optimization of process conditions, equipment renovation, strengthening of management, conversion mechanism, comprehensive utilization and so on. Remarkable results have been achieved. Accumulated savings of more than 20,000 tons of various chemical raw materials; saving more than 8,000 tons of organic solvents; emission reduction of 12,000 tons of COD; creating economic benefits of nearly 100 million yuan, has been praised and affirmed by the national, provincial and municipal leaders and relevant departments. It was awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Enterprise of Clean Production" by Shenyang Environmental Protection Bureau and Economic and Trade Commission.  In 2001, we started the small trial work of the comprehensive waste water treatment project of Dongyao Pharmaceuticals, in 2002, we passed the project review on January 28, 2003, and in November 2004, we put the project into trial operation. The technical route of the project has chosen the treatment technologies of hydrolysis acidification, biochemical treatment and aerated biofilter, forming a more advanced process in the international arena. In the engineering design, according to the actual situation of Northeast Pharmaceuticals, the turbine-driven blower is adopted for the first time in the domestic wastewater treatment plant system. The design capacity is 30,000 tons of industrial wastewater treatment per day and 100 tons of COD treatment per day, which makes Dongbei Pharmaceutical have the prerequisites to solve the environmental protection problems and realize benign and sustainable development.  On January 5, 2006, the company was awarded the Certificate of Environmental Management System, No. 01006E10009R0L, issued by Northeast Certification Co. In 2008, a wastewater treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 6,000 tons was constructed in Zhangshi Development Zone, and the operation of the plant ensures that the pollution discharge in Zhangshi's production area is up to the standard. Respectively in the north and south of the North Second Road plant and Zhangshi sewage treatment device discharge outlet installation of COD online automatic monitoring device installation, and with the municipal environmental protection department network, so that environmental protection management is more standardized. From March 2010 to now, 13 off-site transformation construction projects of Northeast Pharmaceuticals Zocanidin series products and Phosphomycin series products have passed the approval of Shenyang Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.  Wastewater treatment project guarantee: the construction of an area of about 150,000 square meters, the daily treatment capacity of 70,000 tons / day of sewage treatment plant, to ensure the full realization of the chemical oxygen demand reduction targets. Fine River plant wastewater treatment project primary and secondary difficult to biochemical wastewater tanks, regulating tanks, rainwater storage tanks are undergoing foundation construction.  Waste gas management: according to the characteristics of each production workshop in the production process of raw materials and auxiliary materials, in the design of the recycling device, exhaust hoods, dust removal unit centralized dust removal or clean area of the exhaust filter box processing, so as to achieve the organized standard discharge.  Solid waste management and disposal: set up a specialized agency responsible for the management of solid waste in the whole plant, realize the whole process control of waste generation, storage and disposal links, and actively promote the minimization, harmlessness and resourcefulness of waste. Increase the management of hazardous waste and put forward higher requirements for the storage of solid waste. In accordance with the nature and quantity of solid waste of the enterprise, it is planned to build a fuel-free incinerator to handle 20 tons of wastewater and waste residue per day.
