The scores of the evaluation committee (except for the price score) are summarized statistically. If the number of evaluation committee members is less than 5 (including 5), the score is calculated directly by arithmetic average; if the number of evaluation committee members is more than 5, the score is calculated by arithmetic average after removing one highest and one lowest score.
3. If there are two or more bidders with the highest total score in a bidding section, the one with the lower bidding price will be given priority as the winning candidate of the section, and if the bidding price is also the same, the winning candidate will be determined by lot by the notary organization.
Two, price: (price weighting 30 points)
The tender price that enters the tender evaluation procedure, meets the requirements of the bidding documents and has the lowest bid is the benchmark price for the evaluation of the tender (must not exceed the procurement budget price), and its price score is full 30 points. Other bidders' price points are calculated in accordance with the following formula: Bidding price score = (bid evaluation base price / bidding price) X price weighting X100 (price weighting is 30%)
Three, the quality of products and materials (42 points)
1, the brand of the main materials (at least including panels, hardware, paint, etc.); by the jury scored in the 4~10 points
2, the product and the main raw materials, steel plate, powder and other test reports (must be within the validity period): 1 point for each item, the maximum of 6 points;
