In order to assess the medical staff's mastery of sudden diseases, the principles of treatment, the organizational ability and emergency response ability of nursing staff, our hospital held an assessment plan for emergency simulated case drills. Hospital leaders attached great importance to this drill, and all emergency medical staff actively participated in the drill. This drill has achieved good results, but there are still some shortcomings. This drill is summarized as follows:
This exercise is disease diagnosis: acute abdomen.
I. Achievements:
This first aid drill is flexible in command and dispatch, well-prepared, nervous and orderly, busy but not chaotic, and properly cared for.
Second, the existing problems:
1, the nursing staff did not manage the equipment for transporting patients in the department, and found that the cart was not easy to use during the exercise.
2. Some medical staff are not clear about the critical value and reporting system.
3. Some doctors and nurses don't know enough about the hospital, the disinfection and isolation system is not implemented, the classification of medical waste is wrong, and the date and time of using cotton swabs are not clear.
Third, the improvement plan:
1. Supervise the implementation of the inspection and inventory system of first-aid articles and equipment to ensure that first-aid articles and equipment are in standby state.
2. The hospital will organize medical staff to train the concept of crisis value.
3. Focus on learning the classification of medical wastes, and the detailed classification and identification of wastes are clear.
