If it is equipment or consumables, it should also provide relevant qualifications such as production license and product registration certificate of the equipment or consumables it operates.
The tax rate seems to be 17%. If it is a general taxpayer, it may be 1 1%. I'm not sure that these two figures are correct, but they must be more than 10%.
