Activated carbon fiber is an adsorption material with large specific surface area, fast adsorption and desorption speed, good quality of recovered solvent, small activated carbon fiber loading volume, and good safety. Compared with granular activated carbon equipment, the equipment is compact and can save 1/2 of the floor space. , saving 60% of water vapor. The activated carbon fiber device developed in this project and put into industrial production realizes fully automatic operation, does not require specialized operators, and gets rid of heavy manual labor and secondary pollution. In the early 1990s, my country introduced several sets of ACF adsorption and recovery devices from Japan. Compared with the ACF adsorption and recovery devices developed and designed by Baoding Guanghua Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Factory and Yuqing Chemical Environmental Protection Industry Development Center, the price of foreign equipment is 8 to 10 times higher. Moreover, our automation control level is higher, and we can form a self-contained system to achieve fully automatic operation, and can also be interconnected with the DCS computer control system of the production process, which is at the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.

In particular, the three-adsorber cycle operation process successfully developed in Beijing Chemical Plant No. 2 in 1996. The main organic matter in the waste gas, butanone and toluene, was purified and recovered as high as 99.48%, reaching the world's leading level!

The development of this technology has opened up a new way for the treatment of organic waste gas. Nationally speaking, the gasoline transported by train tank cars is based on an annual production of 28.5 million tons of gasoline and one transportation by train tank cars. The gasoline emitted along with exhaust gas amounts to 42,800 tons, worth 85.6 million yuan. This part of the vehicle emissions The lost gasoline is fully recovered, and its economic and environmental benefits are considerable!

The coating, printing, tape and other production industries that have developed rapidly in my country recently use a large amount of organic solvents; there are not many recycling and treatment devices.
