The "Regulations" focus on the country's economic and social development situation, reflect the party and the country's deep care and great importance to the sick and disabled servicemen, and specially establish a retirement resettlement subsidy for the sick and disabled servicemen. It is clarified that when sick, sick and disabled servicemen are transferred to the government for resettlement, the military will issue a one-time resettlement subsidy based on the individual's sickness and disability to solve personal practical difficulties. The housing subsidy standard for sick and disabled servicemen has been greatly increased, and it is clarified that the basic housing subsidy for retired servicemen who are sick and disabled shall be calculated as 100,000 yuan if the basic housing subsidy is less than 100,000 yuan. If the resettlement place is in a high-price area, regional housing subsidies will be provided in accordance with military regulations; The housing purchase (construction) funding guarantee standards for retired junior non-commissioned officers and conscripts with disabilities of level one to level four are calculated and determined based on the price of 60 square meters of affordable housing in the county (city) where they are resettled.
