(b) the plan by the leading group of special equipment emergency response office is responsible for revising every two years, after the occurrence of special equipment accidents, the plan and emergency measures for the necessary review and update.

(C) the plan in accordance with the provincial (municipal) Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and the Fujian Provincial Emergency Disposal of Special Equipment Accidents leading group of the requirements of regular drills.

(D) This plan is implemented since the date of publication.
