Pure water equipment cleaning
1. Pure water piping in the pure water cycle pre-flushing:

2. Pure water flushing:
Start the water system, the pure water tank into about two-thirds of the pure water, start the pure water pump (water pump) to circulate the pure water pipeline at each point of use of the U-bend under the use of water valves at the same time, so that it is in a small half-open state of a small amount of water outflow, test the PH of each sampling port, the conductivity of the same time to shut down the pure water pump, exhaust the pure water tank. Water and each U-bend pipe in the water, close the drain valve after completion.
3. Pure water final rinse:
Manually start the water system, the pure water tank is full of pure water, start the pure water pump, the pure water tank and pipeline cycle flushing 30 minutes, open the pure water tank drain valve and the use of each point of emptying, and then close the drain valve. Empty, continue to prepare pure water in accordance with the previous step, according to the above flushing method of pure water tank and pipeline cycle flushing, discharge, until the secondary reverse osmosis water, pure water tank, total delivery, total back to the conductivity in line with the standard requirements to confirm that the end of the cleaning and sewage work.
Pure water equipment cleaning record method and notes:
1. Record all data before cleaning.
2. Separation of equipment and other pure water equipment connected to the pipeline.

4. In the cleaning tank configuration of 2% concentration of hydrochloric acid cleaning solution.
5. Start the cleaning pump, adjust the thick water inlet valve, to the specified flow cycle cleaning.
6. Stop the cleaning pump, remove the cleaning tank cleaning waste liquid, separation of concentrated water drain valve to the gutter.
7. To the cleaning tank continuous injection of cleaning (reverse osmosis water purification equipment water), start the cleaning pump continuous cleaning.
8. Open the water inlet valve and water production valve, and flush the two water chambers at the same time.
9. Detect the water quality of the concentrated water outlet side until the conductivity is similar to the inlet side.
10. Each valve, restore the original flow data of each device.
11. Restore the connection between each pipeline and other systems.
12. Open the PLC control power supply cabinet, to the pure water equipment host power supply, into normal operation, and make a good record of the initial operation of the data.
