Submission Guidelines of Chinese Pharmacology

1 Manuscripts should be scientific, logical, advanced, and of theoretical and practical significance, with emphasis on practicality.

2.1 Please keep your own copy of the manuscript, and send another paper copy after successful online submission (indicating that the manuscript has been submitted online and the manuscript number); attach a letter of introduction from the organization and indicate the opinion of confidentiality review; attach a written statement from the authors that "the manuscript has not been submitted to other journals" and the authors' signature to indicate that they will be exclusively granted to the Chinese Pharmaceutical Society; Be sure to write clearly the author's name and address, postal code, telephone and cell phone, fax, E-mail address. In addition to the number of the troops and confidential units, it should be written in addition to the resident. Manuscripts printed on a computer. Please write down the project number of the manuscript, which belongs to the fund, national research projects, labeled under the first page, and attach the relevant copies. Please do not submit two manuscripts at the same time, or plagiarize others' manuscripts. Please do not send your manuscript to a private party to avoid delays.

2.2 Manuscripts should be well-written and compact, fluent and accurate, with a clear focus and hierarchy. Experimental research manuscripts should be accompanied by the title in English and Chinese (the first letter of each real word is required to be capitalized), the author and the author's name in Chinese pinyin, the author's name of the unit in English and Chinese, the abstract in English and Chinese, and keywords in English and Chinese. Review, scientific research bulletin (with full text), science and technology garden, history of pharmacy and other manuscripts with English title and author's hanyu pinyin name. The manuscripts of People in Pharmaceutical Sciences are by appointment, and no free submissions will be accepted. Please indicate in pencil the case, italicization, upper and lower case of foreign letters and symbols in the manuscript, as well as the language other than English. Please check the data, structure, formulas, references, etc. carefully to avoid mistakes. If you find any errors in the above contents after the manuscript is sent, please contact us for corrections.

2.3 If you do not receive the notification of acceptance within 3 months after the receipt of the manuscript, it means that the manuscript is still under review, and the authors should contact us by letter (registered) if they would like to submit the manuscript to other journals. Otherwise, the authors will be held financially or otherwise responsible for any loss caused.

2.4 Where the manuscript is returned to the author for revision, please modify the manuscript strictly in accordance with the requirements of the manuscript contract and the comments on the return, and be sure to repair and send back to the editorial office through the Internet within 2 months will be sent along with the revised manuscript. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail. If the time limit is exceeded due to other reasons (e.g., additional information, experiments, or another experiment, etc.), the manuscript will be treated as a new one.

2.5 Responsibility. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, the editorial office may modify or abridge the manuscript; any major modification involving the original intention should be considered by the author.

If the authors do not agree to include their manuscripts in the database, please declare it in the manuscript submission, and the journal will do the appropriate processing.

2.7 Remuneration will be paid after publication.

3 Requirements for the writing of manuscripts

Manuscripts should be written in as few layers as possible, with a maximum of three layers. The title of the paper, the hierarchical title, the title of the table, the title of the figure, and the references, acknowledgements, etc., are all written in top space.

3.1 Title The title should be concise and precise, and can reflect the specific content of the paper, should not be too long, generally no more than 20 words, do not subtitle. Avoid the use of chemical formulas, formulas and abbreviations that are less familiar to the reader.

3.2 Authors The authors of the manuscript should be the main scientific and technical personnel involved in the study of the topic of the manuscript, should be responsible for the content of the whole text, and can answer the questions in the text, is the legal owner of the paper and the responsible person. The order of authorship should be in accordance with the contribution of the participants to the work of the paper, and the first author should obtain the opinion of the other authors of the paper in advance, including the order of arrangement. A brief introduction of the first author and the main research direction should be attached (limited to 20 words); if there is a corresponding author, a brief introduction and the main research direction should be provided at the same time; if the manuscript is co-authored by more than two people, the contact person should be indicated and contact information should be attached. The author's full name should be written in English and Chinese, and the postal code should be attached. Authors such as multi-unit, should be noted in the upper right corner of their names in Arabic serial number, and will be listed in the unit name after the last author, separated by ";" sign.

3.3 Abstract In order to meet the needs of readers to understand the full content of the paper, and to facilitate participation in international academic exchanges, the Chinese and English abstracts are required to use a structured abstract, that is, the content of the abstract should be clearly listed in the summary of the four elements, namely, the purpose: the premise, objectives and tasks of the study, research, development, investigation, etc., and the range of topics involved; methods: the principles, theories, conditions, objects, materials, processes, structures, means, equipment, procedures, and the use of the paper. The results: experimental and research results, data, relationships identified, observations, effects obtained, performance, etc.; conclusions: analysis, study, comparison, evaluation, application of results, questions raised, future topics, hypotheses, inspiration, recommendations, predictions, etc.

The English abstract should be written below the Chinese abstract, with a blank line in between. The thesis should have an English abstract. Abstract of the English title, author, work unit and keywords should be consistent with the Chinese, ABSTRACT content can be more detailed than the Chinese abstract, especially the methodology should be detailed, specific, and can exist independently. The English abstract should clearly list four elements, namely, OBJECTIVE (purpose), METHODS (methods), RESULTS (results), CONCLUSION (conclusions). Strive for the correct use of words, grammar, spelling, meaning and logic. It is best to ask the relevant experts to revise and touch up after the text.

3.4 Keywords In order to adapt to the needs of automatic computer search and facilitate the reader to find the literature, should be labeled to reflect the characteristics of the content of the paper, the generality of strong, in line with the list of keywords for the keywords, generally 3 to 8. The number of keywords in English and Chinese should be consistent.

3.5 Labeled with the Chinese chart classification number, literature identification number, article number (specifically filled in by the editorial department).

3.6 Preface (introduction or preface) summarize the theoretical basis of the topic, research ideas, experimental basis and the current situation at home and abroad (can list the main references), and should be clearly put forward the purpose of this paper, in particular, to point out its innovative nature.

3.7 Drugs, reagents, animals, plants, and main instruments The sources and specifications should be stated. Pharmaceutical terms are based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition), Pharmaceutical Nomenclature and Chemical Nomenclature (Science Publishing House) published by the National Natural Science Nomenclature Validation Committee. The drug name adopts "international nonproprietary names (INN)", and the "Chinese Common Names of Drugs" (compiled by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission) shall prevail. New drugs approved by the State Food and Drug Administration, then use the approved drug name. When the name of the drug is long, it can be abbreviated, but it should be indicated at the first appearance, for example, ranitidine (Ran). The name of the drug is written before the dose. Uncommon drug names, especially newer ones recently introduced to the market, are noted in English when they first appear. Case reports of adverse drug reactions to write the name of the drug manufacturer and batch number, hospitalization number, autopsy number, clinic number can be omitted.

3.8 Methods Where methods have been documented in the literature, the literature can generally be cited. New or substantially improved methods should be written to improve the place. If it is their own innovative methods, it is desirable to describe in detail so that others can repeat.

3.9 Units of Measurement and Symbols Units of measurement are always based on the International System of Units (SIU) "Chinese People's Republic of China" (referred to as "legal units"). Please refer to Measures and Units (Beijing: China Standard Press). Quantity name, quantity symbols should be standardized use, writing. Quantity name has a full name and abbreviation (such as "the amount of substance concentration" more abbreviated "concentration" or "substance concentration", etc.), the two can be used equivalently, and more abbreviations are used. Quantity symbols should be italicized, such as m (mass), t (time), V (volume), n (amount of substance). Some commonly used quantities and their symbols, such as specific gravity (sp gr, sg), atomic weight (AW, aw), molecular weight (MW, mw), etc., because of its failure to comply with the relevant provisions of the relevant symbols or easy to confuse or misunderstanding of the appropriate to discontinue, it should be used instead of the "relative density" (d), the relative atomic mass (Ar), relative molecular mass (Mr) and so on. ), etc. Unit name also has a short name and full name, both can be used equivalently, the number of units with units, are expressed in unit symbols. Avoid the use of fractions in the numbers before the unit symbol. Numbers and unit symbols should leave a character gap. When the value is too large or too small, should be changed to the appropriate prefix symbols such as M, p or 10n, 10-n form, but should comply with the rules of effective numerical and numerical modification. Units, prefixes and Arabic numerals are always in block letters. Combination of units in the slash can not be more than one, it is not appropriate to slash, negative exponential power or Chinese characters mixed to indicate the division. For example, the commonly used legal unit is "mg-kg-1-d-1", which cannot be expressed as "mg/kg/d", "mg-kg-1/d", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day", "mg/kg per day" and "mg/kg per day". "mg/kg/day" or "mg/d per kilogram". mmol-L-1, μmol-L-1, nmol-L-1, pmol-L-1 and other legal units. ② when the mixture (such as total protein, total lipids, various types of immunoglobulins, etc.) or its Mr or Ar has not been accurately measured, can be used "mass concentration", respectively, to g-L-1, mg-L-1, μg-L-1, ng-L-1, etc. for the legal unit of expression. (iii) Xi to %, ‰, proportionality (such as 1:1 000) and other relative number of results can continue to be used; but when expressed in the range of changes, the range number (~) before and after the two values of %, ‰ or 10n, 10-n should be written at the same time can not be omitted to write the former only write the latter, such as 3.0% to 5.0% (can not be written as 3-5%), "(4.0 to 5.5) ×". 1012-L-1" (cannot be written as 4.5 to 5.5 × 1012-L-1), etc. (4) The customary percentage concentrations (v/v, w/v, w/w) and their units g/dl (g%), mg/dl (mg%), ml% (vol%); equivalent concentration (N) and its units N (Eq/L), mEq/L, μEq/L; molecular weight concentration and its units M, mM, μM; as well as ppm, pphm, ppb, etc., which indicate the content of trace substances, should be discontinued. The use of ppm, pphm, ppb, etc. should be discontinued. Age and body weight should be expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (± s) of the actual measurements, and the dose of the drug calculated according to body weight should be "g(mg)-kg-1-d-1".

3.10 Radionuclide or element symbols should be in block letters with initial capitalization. The number of nuclei should be labeled in the upper left corner of the element symbol (can not be labeled in the upper right corner), such as 14CO2, 131I-albumin, etc., when it is necessary to indicate the excited state, the excited state symbols can be labeled in the upper right corner of the right corner of the state, such as NO * represents the electronically excited state, while the 110Ag * or 110Agm represents the nucleus of the excited state, etc.. The valence of the element, ion or group should be labeled in the upper right corner, and the number should be in front, indicating the positive and negative valence or the anion "+" or "-" in the back, such as Mg2+ (not using Mg++, Mg+2), PO43- (not using PO4-3, PO4---), PO43- (not using PO4-3, PO4---), PO43- (not using PO4-3, PO4---), PO43- (not using PO4-3, PO4---), PO43- (not using PO4-3, PO4---). PO4---), etc. Upper and lower corner signs, power indices, etc. should be used than the main symbol of the letter of the smaller one, handwritten with the main symbol is located in the same frame.

3.11 International codes and abbreviations The text as far as possible to use international codes and abbreviations, such as 1 second written as 1 s, 2 minutes 2 min, 3 hours 3 h, 4 days 4 d, female ♀, male, the international unit IU (used to indicate the enzyme viability of the international unit of U, do not use the IU; indicate the drug content of the unit of u, do not use the IU), the probability of P (not P), the ultraviolet UV. Intravenous injection is available as iv, intramuscular injection as im, intraperitoneal injection as ip, subcutaneous injection as sc, intracerebroventricular injection as icv, arterial injection as ia, oral administration as po, and gavage as ig. GPT is replaced by ALT, and GOT is replaced by AST, etc. The international code is not used in the text without numbers, for example, every day is not written every d, but 8 mg per day can be written 8 mg-d-1.

3.12 Numbers As quantitative words (including ratio, time and other figures) are used in Arabic numerals; the order of words are always used in Arabic numerals. The days of the week are always used in Chinese characters, such as Saturday; the summer calendar and the Chinese pre-Qing Dynasty historical years are used in Chinese characters, such as the fifth day of the first month of the first year, the 15th day of the 10th month of the year of the Cthulhu, etc.; indeterminate quantitative terms are always used in Chinese characters, such as any patient, 3d for a course of treatment, etc.. The increase of numbers can be expressed in multiples; the decrease of numbers can only be expressed in fractions or %, such as an increase of 1 times, a decrease of a quarter or a decrease of 25%. The year should be written out in full and not be omitted, for example: "1998" is not written as "98". 1990-1997 can not be written as 1990-97. Avoid the use of the word due to the passage of time and easy to be misunderstood, and should be used to specify the date (month, day appropriate to use two digits).

3.13 Valid Numbers Measurement data should not exceed the precision of the instrument used to measure it. For example, 6,437 means 1 part in 6,000 precision. In any one number, only the last digit is allowed to have an error, and there should be no error in the preceding digits. In a group of ± s should take into account the individual variation, generally one-third of s to locate the number, for example: (3614.5 ± s 420.8) g, s 1/3 more than 100 g, the average fluctuations in the hundredths, it should be written (3.6 ± s 0.4) kg, too many digits and meaningless. Another example is (8.61±s 0.27) mm, it's s/3=0.09 mm, up to the second decimal point, so the average should also be written to the second decimal point, written as (8.61±s 0.27) mm. effective number of digits after the number of repair is less than 5 is rounded off, greater than 5 is into, such as precisely equal to 5, the previous digit is odd is in, and when the even (including " 0") is rounded down. Only 1 time to complete the revision. For example: 23.48, if you do not want a decimal point, it should be 23, not 23.48 → 23.5 → 24. The effective number of digits of the percent is determined by the number of denominators: 1 ~ 10, generally do not use a percentage of the number of words; 11 ~ 100, the percentage of the number of digits; 101 ~ 1,000, the percentage of the number of digits of the number of decimal places; the rest of the analogies ... ....

3.14 tables and figures Where the text can already explain the issue, try not to use tables and figures. If you use tables and figures, the text does not need to repeat the data, only to emphasize or summarize the main findings, do not use both tables and figures to repeat the same data. For articles containing English abstracts, the figure titles, figure notes, table titles and table notes should be in Chinese and English, and the contents of charts and graphs should be in English only; for articles not containing English abstracts, the figure titles, figure notes, table titles and table notes and the contents of charts and graphs should be in Chinese only. The quantity and unit in the chart should be the symbol of the quantity in the front, the symbol of the unit in the back, with a slash between them, such as λ/nm, which means the wavelength in nm as the legal unit. The chart should have a serial number, only one, still with "Table 1" or "Figure 1". If abbreviations are used in the charts, please use the full name the first time it appears, and then use the abbreviation later. Tables and figures should be attached to the manuscript on separate sheets of paper, but the positions of the tables and figures should be indicated in the manuscript by box lines, e.g., Table 1 △...... and Fig. 1 △...... Tab. 1 △...... Fig. 1 △...... Tables should be in three lines, and Fig. 1 △...... Fig. 1 △...... Tables should be in three lines. △...... table with a three-line table, open at both ends, without vertical lines; the upper left corner of the column header without diagonal lines; in addition to the column header, the body of the table does not use or less use of horizontal lines; as far as possible, the table does not use or less use of punctuation; the upper and lower lines of the figures are best aligned; the name of the unit of measurement in the table to use the unit symbols. The table is best designed as a single-column table, the table width of the number of words (including spaces and columns and columns between the space, including) does not exceed 33 words. Table notes in order with 1), 2), 3) ...... indicated, written in the upper right corner.

Curves should generally be curve fitted and, wherever possible, "straightened", e.g., by conversion to logarithmic (lg), reciprocal (reciprocal), probit, logit, etc. The curves should be plotted on the basis of the regression equation. Straight lines should be plotted from the regression equation. If there is a plot note it should be written under the box line of the plot position within the manuscript: 1-......; 2-......; 3-......, or A-... ...; B-......; C-....... The photographs are in black and white and must have sharp contrast and be clear and legible, with a common size of 127 mm × 178 mm. A length scale should be drawn inside the microscope photographs, e.g., |-|, to show 1 μm, and, if necessary, ↑ to indicate the upper orientation.

In order to facilitate computer processing and to ensure the principle of accurate database search and statistics, there must be the type of reference and carrier type identification, according to the provisions of GB3469, single-letter way to identify the following types of references.
