According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions", medical institutions will be contracted or rented out to non-medical personnel or other institutions and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic activities in the name of the medical institution, and shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Regulations.
