1. High-risk zones. 2, low-risk areas. The low-risk areas within 7 days of travel history into the new personnel control measures; the implementation of 3 days 2 inspection.
3. Land border cities. All new arrivals from land border port cities and new arrivals with a history of sojourn in land border port cities within 7 days; 1 nucleic acid test on the 3rd day after entry.
4. Incoming personnel. The State Council health administrative department is in charge of the national prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management work. The health administrative departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and their supervision and management in their own administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective areas of responsibility.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the armed forces shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the State, and supervision and management shall be carried out by the competent health department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control organizations at all levels are responsible for infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigations, epidemic reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions shall undertake the prevention and control of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions under the guidance of disease prevention and control agencies, undertake urban communities, rural grass-roots corresponding infectious disease prevention and control work.
