1, range of accessories

① Plan management of spare parts

According to the maintenance plan and reserve quota, the Equipment Department formulates annual, quarterly and monthly demand plans for spare parts, and puts them forward in advance to ensure supply. The spare parts consumption of each workshop is proposed by the workshop equipment personnel.

The storage of spare parts should be based on the principle of timely supply, meeting maintenance needs and not occupying funds. The reserve quota and consumption quota of spare parts should be compiled according to the wear law of equipment parts, and gradually transition to formula calculation.

① Basic management of spare parts

Make equipment spare parts catalogue, draw and sort out spare parts drawings, establish spare parts cards and statistical charts, so as to ensure that the drawings are consistent with the objects.

Strive to improve the standardization, serialization and generalization of spare parts and strengthen the localization of spare parts.

On the premise of ensuring the quality of equipment repair, do a good job in the repair and utilization of old equipment.

③ Other storage management of spare parts

Spare parts should be put into storage together with certificates or new equipment. Fill in the receipt form and register.

Spare parts in stock shall be classified according to specifications and packed neatly. Reasonable placement, easy to take, hang a label.

Spare parts put in storage shall be regularly checked for oil and rust prevention, and shall not be damaged or lost, and kept in good condition.

When receiving spare parts, the receiver should fill in the material requisition form, and the materials can be released only after the relevant person in charge signs it. After the spare parts are distributed, they should be registered in time.

Inventory should be counted in time every year to ensure that the accounts, cards and materials are consistent. Long-term storage of obsolete equipment spare parts or spare parts without certificates shall be reported to the equipment management department for approval before handling.

Spare parts warehouse should be fire-proof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, dust-proof and anti-theft, and the storage capacity should be clean and tidy.
