Article 6 stipulates:
A unit or individual applying for the establishment of a medical institution shall submit a report on the feasibility of setting up a medical institution in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, including the following:
(1) the name of the unit applying for the establishment, its basic information, as well as the name of the applicant, his or her age, professional curriculum vitae and identity card number;
(ii) an overview of the population, economic and social development of the region in which it is located;
(iii) the health status of the population in the region and the prevalence of diseases as well as the prevalence of the diseases in question;
(iv) an analysis of the distribution of healthcare resources in the region as well as of the demand for healthcare services;

Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions

Applications for the establishment of a medical institution shall be submitted with the following documents:
(1) application for the establishment;
(2) feasibility study report on the establishment;
(3) report on the selection of the site and architectural design plan.
