First of all, the EFT test is coupled from the power supply or from the external wiring, if there is a crash then there are only 2 possibilities,
The power supply side is not filtered enough.
The PCB wiring sucks and the RESET circuit is faulty.
Additionally, you're not going in the right direction, and you're completely missing the source of the interference and the means of propagation. Take a closer look at the principle of EFT again
