Abstract In order to study the impact of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) on the occupational safety and health management status of the enterprises, a study was conducted to determine the impact of OSHMS on the occupational safety and health management status of the enterprises. In order to study the influence of the implementation of OSHMS on the occupational safety and health management status of enterprises, a research was carried out on more than 100 enterprises which have implemented OSHMS and those which have not, and based on the analysis and research of the research results, a double-contrast analysis was adopted to compare the occupational safety and health management status of the enterprises which have been certified by OSHMS before and after the establishment of OSHMS, and that of the enterprises which have and those which have not, and to compare the occupational safety and health management status of the enterprises which have and those which have not established OSHMS. The results show that the implementation of OSHMS is conducive to improving the overall level of occupational safety and health management, improving the occupational safety and health management of enterprises, and making occupational safety and health management more scientific and standardized.

Chinese Abstract In today's ever-increasing competition in the marketplace, enterprises, in order to be in an undefeated competitive ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 have become an important part of the enterprise management system, but each management system is only a component of the enterprise's overall management system, and there are many ****similarities. Abstract According to the requirements of the GB/T28001 standard, a wide range of specialties are covered in the OHSMS. According to the requirements of GB/T28001 standard, how to set up occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) in scientific research institutes with wide range of specialties, many kinds of hazards, and great difficulty in safety management and control is discussed in depth, and the process of OHSMS planning, document preparation and the completion of documented management system is introduced in detail, and the framework structure of OHSMS is given. The operation of the OHSMS of the research institute mentioned in the paper shows that: the OHS policies, objectives, targets and OHSMS documents of the institute have been implemented, the awareness of OHS among all the staff has been further improved, the safety responsibility system has been further implemented, the OHSMS has been operated effectively, and the institute has the ability to realize the OHS objectives and the system has been improved continuously. This is a reference for other research institutes to establish OHSMS.
