4. After the death of the donor, the executor of the body donation shall notify the original registration organization in accordance with the time limit agreed upon in the form of the registration of the body donation and sign the agreement on the handover of the donated body with the original registration organization with the certificate of the donor's death and the form of the registration of the body donation, the card of the body donation, and other information. The original registration agency issues a certificate of commemoration of body donation to the executor of the body donation;

5. After the body has been utilized, it will be sent by the utilizing unit to the funeral unit for cremation, and the necessary expenses will be borne by the utilizing unit, except for the request of the executor of the body donation to dispose of the body on his/her own.

Any resident of the People's Republic of China who is willing to donate his or her organs free of charge after his or her death may register his or her willingness to donate at the human organ donation office or registration station in the place of his or her domicile, place of residence or place of hospitalization. When a potential donor status arises, the family member or the doctor in charge of the hospital can contact the information officer or coordinator of the hospital and report to the provincial human organ donation office (or the provincial Red Cross Society). After organ donation, the body will be restored to its original state.
