1.2 After the review of the manuscripts initially proposed for publication, the manuscripts should be revised and organized according to the comments of the retreat. In order to shorten the publication cycle and reduce errors, please send the revised manuscripts to the editorial office of the journal in Word.doc format, and send the revised manuscripts back to the editorial office of the journal together with the printed copy of the revised manuscripts, and at the same time, indicate the contact telephone number and fax number for backup. All imaging photographs and color photographs should preferably be sent electronically at the same time.
1.3 All manuscripts will be sent by postal mail with a processing fee of 40 RMB in order to increase the speed of manuscript processing. After the manuscript is confirmed for publication, page charges will be collected according to the number of pages and illustrations occupied, and those who print color illustrations will have to pay for the printing cost of the color illustrations separately. Two copies of the current issue of the magazine will be given after the publication of the manuscript. Manuscripts that need to be published urgently should be sent to the editorial office at least 3 months in advance, and after reviewing and determining the availability of the manuscript, an appropriate fee will be charged for the expedited processing of the manuscript. The following manuscripts will be given priority for publication after review and confirmation by the editorial board: national or provincial nature fund projects, key research projects, projects to be reported to the national or provincial scientific and technological achievements, major technological innovations or the introduction of new technologies and methods from abroad, and projects that are published for the first time. Where the journal published in the award-winning papers, the author please send a copy of the award certificate to the editorial office, and the papers submitted to our journal will be published on a priority basis in the future.
1.4 According to the "Copyright Law", and in accordance with the specific conditions of the journal, all manuscripts that are not notified within 3 months after the receipt of the journal's acknowledgement of receipt are still under review. If you would like to submit your manuscript to another journal, please contact the journal in advance and do not submit multiple manuscripts.
1.5 All manuscripts are responsible for their own writings. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Copyright Law, the journal may make textual modifications and abridgements to the manuscripts, and will obtain the author's consent for any modifications related to the original intent. If the author does not send back the revised manuscript after 2 months, it will be regarded as automatic withdrawal of the manuscript. Please keep your own copy of the manuscript. If the manuscript is not accepted, we will send you a notice of withdrawal by surface mail with a brief comment on the withdrawal, and the original manuscript will not be returned. If you need to return the original photographs, please state so at the time of submission.
