Urban roads (including bridges), urban rail transit, water supply, drainage, gas, heat, landscaping, environmental sanitation, road lighting, industrial waste, medical waste, domestic waste disposal equipment, sites and other facilities and ancillary facilities. 1, urban roads and their facilities:
City motorways, non-motorized roads, sidewalks, public **** parking lots, squares, pipeline corridors and safe passage, shoulders, guardrails, street signs, road construction and road greening control of the land and other ancillary facilities of the road.
2, urban public **** recreational facilities:
Parks, public **** exercise, sports venues and their ancillary facilities.
3, urban bridges and culverts and their facilities:
City bridges, tunnels, culverts, overpasses, pedestrian bridges, underpasses and other ancillary facilities.
4, urban drainage facilities:
Urban rainwater pipes, sewage pipes, rainwater and sewage pipes, drainage channels and ditches, pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and other ancillary facilities.
5, urban flood control facilities:
City flood control levees, river dams, flood walls, flood pumping stations, floodway and other ancillary facilities.
6, urban road lighting facilities:
Urban roads, bridges, underpasses, squares, public **** green space, attractions and other places of lighting facilities.
7, urban construction utilities:
City water supply, gas supply (gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas), centralized heating of the pipeline network, the power supply lines of the city's public **** transportation and other ancillary facilities.
8, urban waste disposal facilities:
Urban garbage (including feces) sweeping, collection, transfer, disposal, sanitary landfill or incineration power generation facilities.
9, urban civilization construction facilities:
City outdoor public service advertisement bulletin boards, public welfare activities in the construction of places.

Article 53 The municipal facilities referred to in these regulations include:
(1) urban roads including motorized lanes, non-motorized lanes, sidewalks, isolation zones, shoulders, plazas, open space in the street and other ancillary facilities;
Drainage facilities including rainwater pipes, sewage pipes, rain and sewage pipes, ditches, pumping stations, sewage treatment facilities and other ancillary facilities;(E) urban lighting facilities including urban roads, tunnels, squares, parks, public **** green space, places of interest and landscape lighting facilities.
Wenzhou Municipal Facilities Management Regulations
The second municipal facilities within the city's urban development boundary of the planning, construction, use, maintenance, repair and other activities and their supervision and management, the application of these regulations.
The municipal facilities referred to in these regulations include:
(1) urban roads, refers to the roads, bridges and their ancillary facilities in towns and cities for the public to pass through, with certain technical conditions;
(2) urban drainage facilities, refers to the acceptance, transportation, treatment of urban sewage, wastewater, rainwater drainage ditches (tubes), rainwater outfalls, pumping stations, inspection wells, outfalls, rainwater storage tanks, sewage treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and other facilities. (C) urban lighting facilities, refers to lighting appliances used for urban lighting, as well as power distribution, monitoring, energy saving and other systems of equipment and ancillary facilities.
