6. The structural entity reinforced protective layer thickness acceptance shall meet the following requirements:
A, when all reinforced protective layer thickness inspection qualified rate reaches 90% or above, reinforced protective layer thickness inspection results should be judged as qualified.
B, when all reinforced protective layer thickness inspection qualified rate is less than 90% but not less than 80%, can extract the same number of components for inspection; When the qualified point rate calculated by the sum of two sampling is 90% or above, the inspection result of the thickness of the protective layer of steel bars should still be judged as qualified.
C the maximum deviation of unqualified points in each sampling inspection result should not be greater than 1.5 times of the specified allowable deviation.
3. Requirements of engineering quality supervision institutions on sampling of engineering structure entities:
(1) The engineering quality supervision organization mainly randomly detects the main stress components in the engineering foundation and main structure.
(2) The concrete strength of beams, plates, columns and walls in foundation and main structure, the specification, quantity and position of steel bars, and the thickness of reinforced concrete protective layer, etc.
(3) When supervising sampling, check the geometric size and appearance of sampling parts (components) (beams and plates).
(4) The quality supervision organization shall order the construction unit to entrust a statutory inspection unit to carry out special inspection for the project whose sampling inspection results do not meet the specifications, standards, procedures or design requirements, and issue a inspection report to the quality supervision organization.
(5) The construction unit or supervision unit shall organize the construction parties to analyze the cause of the accident and notify the quality supervision organization to participate in the analysis of the project that still does not meet the specifications, standards, procedures or design requirements after being tested by the statutory testing unit.
(6) When the test results do not meet the design requirements, the design unit shall recheck according to the test report, issue reinforcement or approval documents, and report them to the quality supervision organization.
