Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Specialized Maintenance Funds

Owners of the following properties shall deposit residential specialized maintenance funds in accordance with the provisions of these Measures:

(2) (iii) A non-residential dwelling within a residential neighborhood or a non-residential dwelling outside a residential neighborhood that is attached to a single residential structure.
