The production environment must be dust-free and sterile, and masks with special requirements must be produced within the specified range of constant temperature and humidity.
2, disposable medical mask production process:
(1) Selection of raw materials: select proper amount of PP non-woven fabric, nose piece, silk thread, antibacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth, waterproof and breathable film, non-woven fabric wrapping material and ear belt.
(2) Film pasting production: hang PP non-woven raw materials, antibacterial filter paper, activated carbon cloth and waterproof breathable film on the material rack of the mask pasting machine, and debug the machine for automatic production.
(3) welding molding: placing the nose bridge strip above the mask sheet, and then folding the mask sheet to wrap the nose bridge strip.
(4) Inner packaging workshop: sterilize and vacuum package the formed masks.
(5) Outsourcing shipment: The packaged masks will be shipped together with the outer packaging.
