Since the establishment of Laicheng Power Plant, the basic management has been continuously deepened by means of management innovation, mechanism innovation and scientific and technological innovation, and a MIS system covering the whole plant has been built. Through the operation of equipment management, planning management, financial management, human resource management, real-time data, office automation and other systems, the online monitoring and organic deployment of production, infrastructure and operation management of the whole factory have been realized. Modern management concepts and methods were introduced, and passed the certification of quality management system (ISO900 1), environmental management system (ISO 1400 1) and occupational safety and health management system (GB/T2800 1), which promoted the improvement of enterprise management level. With the goal of building a "learning and innovative" enterprise, we strengthened the development of human resources, and jointly set up graduate classes, undergraduate classes and specialist classes with North China Electric Power University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Shandong University, which greatly improved the academic level and theoretical quality of employees. Vigorously strengthening the construction of corporate culture has formed a "transcendence" culture with the characteristics of Laicheng Power Plant, which has become the concept recognized and observed by the majority of employees and a powerful driving force for the development of enterprises.
