How do college students do well in mental health?
We should have a good attitude towards college life. Communicate with teachers and classmates more, and sue in time if you are unhappy. Establish a correct outlook on life and values, correct self-awareness, good emotional control, the ability to actively adapt to society, harmonious interpersonal relationships and optimistic attitude towards life.
