The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the single inspection price of novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection in public medical institutions at all levels in the province is the sum of the inspection fee and the nucleic acid detection reagents actually purchased by medical institutions, and the maximum price shall not exceed 40 yuan/time. The maximum price of inspection fee will be lowered to 30 yuan/time, and the contents and excluded items of the project will remain unchanged; Nucleic acid detection reagents according to the actual purchase price of medical institutions, continue to implement the policy of zero difference rate. The medical insurance payment standard is adjusted accordingly.
Two, according to the needs of the epidemic, in accordance with the technical requirements and standards of the health department for mixed nucleic acid detection, mixed detection of 5 samples and 10 samples are per person 10 yuan, no longer charge other fees such as detection reagents.
Three, belong to the "should check all", according to the provisions of the use of multi-person mixed inspection; If it is "willing to do all the inspections" and there are a large number of inspection institutions in a single day, it can be mixed by many people or charged by a single person. Strictly carry out single inspection on high-risk personnel such as entry personnel, close contacts and close contacts during centralized isolation.
Four, public medical institutions at all levels should set up special areas and windows to provide sampling services for simple nucleic acid detection and sampling, and shall not charge registration fees and outpatient consultation fees; It is necessary to optimize the internal management process, adopt electronic and information means, and provide services for the masses to push the results of nucleic acid testing.
Five, medical security, health and health departments at all levels should strengthen the monitoring of the price implementation of novel coronavirus nucleic acid testing project in public medical institutions, and handle and report the problems in a timely manner according to the regulations. The medical security department should include the situation that "the service is carried out according to multi-person mixed inspection, and the charge is applicable to the price of a single inspection" into the normal inspection project. Health departments should strengthen the quality supervision of nucleic acid detection to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
Six, this notice shall come into force as of February 2002 1 year1day, and shall be automatically abolished after the end of the epidemic. If the original policies and regulations are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
