After comprehensive evaluation, people who come to Ningbo and return to Ningbo can implement "7+7" health management measures in their districts, cities or counties, that is, home health observation for 7 days, during which the "health code" is given a yellow code, and nucleic acid detection is carried out on the 1 day and the 7 th day respectively; After the expiration of home health observation, if the nucleic acid test is negative, the "health code" will be changed from yellow code to green code, and the daily health monitoring will continue for 7 days, and the nucleic acid test will be carried out again after the expiration. Those who have no permanent residence in Ningbo can observe their health at home for 7 days in local centralized isolation places.
