Twenty-second production safety supervision and management departments shall supervise and inspect the implementation of laws, regulations, rules and standards related to occupational health supervision by employers according to law, focusing on the following contents:
(a) the establishment of occupational health monitoring system;
(two) the formulation of occupational health monitoring plan and the implementation of special funds;
(three) truthfully provide the information needed for occupational health examination;
(four) the occupational health examination of the workers before, during and after leaving the post;
(five) the results and suggestions of the occupational health examination inform the workers of the performance of their obligations;
(six) the measures taken to deal with the occupational health inspection report;
(7) Reporting occupational diseases and suspected occupational diseases;
(eight) to establish and manage the occupational health monitoring files of workers;
(nine) to provide a copy of my occupational health monitoring file for the workers who leave the employer truthfully and free of charge;
(ten) other circumstances that should be supervised and inspected according to law.
Twenty-third production safety supervision and management departments should strengthen the training of occupational health knowledge for administrative law enforcement personnel, and improve the professional quality of administrative law enforcement personnel.
Twenty-fourth production safety administrative law enforcement personnel shall produce valid law enforcement certificates when performing their duties of supervision and inspection according to law.
Safety production administrative law enforcement personnel should be loyal to their duties, enforce the law impartially, and strictly abide by the law enforcement norms; Involving the technical secrets, business secrets and personal privacy of the inspected unit, it shall be kept confidential.
Article 25 When performing the duties of supervision and inspection, the safety production supervision and management department has the right to enter the inspected unit, consult and copy the documents and materials related to occupational health supervision of the inspected unit.
