What should I do if I rent a house near the expressway and find it too noisy?

If the original landlord agrees to sublet, the contract signed with the second landlord is valid. Without the consent of the lessor, the lessee subleases the leased house without authorization, or fails to register the sublease, the sublease is invalid and the lessor has the right to terminate the contract. If the lessor cancels the house lease contract, the house sublease contract will of course be cancelled.

Article 32 of the Measures for the Administration of Urban House Lease stipulates: "In case of any of the following acts in violation of these measures, the real estate administrative department of the people's government of the municipality directly under the Central Government, the city or county shall give administrative punishment to the responsible person ... (3) If the house is subletted without the consent of the lessor and the registration and filing procedures, the lease shall be invalid, the illegal income shall be confiscated and a fine may be imposed."
