It needs to be clear that the structural displacement monitoring equipment based on machine vision is only one of the measuring means to obtain the displacement of the measuring point. Although it has its own setting characteristics and requirements, the setting of measuring points must first meet the industry standard requirements of monitoring projects, and then fine-tune the position of measuring points according to the characteristics of equipment. If the position of the measuring point still cannot meet the requirements of intervisibility after fine adjustment, it may be necessary to increase equipment for observation. Compared with other measuring equipment, machine vision structural displacement measuring equipment has a larger measuring range, field of view and distance, but it also has some limitations. For example, Shenzhen Anrui's zoom visual displacement monitor (model) uses zoom scanning, and the visual target range is: the front-back distance along the optical axis of the equipment line of sight is 0. 1 to 400 meters, the horizontal range of 7 meters left and right is 10 meters, and the vertical range of 4 meters up and down is 8 meters, as shown in the figure (figure, cube perspective view). Such a huge space is enough to meet the needs of most structural health automatic monitoring projects such as bridges, tunnels, slopes, dams, foundation pits, tracks, dangerous houses, coal mines, open-pit mines, earth-rock dams, subway tunnels, tailings ponds, landslides and geological disasters. Therefore, the target of the measuring point should be fixed in this range to ensure that the measuring point can be seen normally in the video of the equipment. However, if it is a non-scanning focusing device, when the focal length is adjusted to an appropriate distance and fixed through on-site manual or remote network control, only limited measuring points on the cross section can be seen, which is suitable for monitoring turnouts, track displacements, gates and other projects with few measuring points in a small range. Therefore, according to the actual needs of the project, you can choose scanning zoom or fixed focus equipment.
