Ticket inspection instructions
Visitors to Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base need to show the green code of Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass at the front of the ticket gate, scan the code and register, and then check in at the ticket gate.
(1) Visitors who use the second-generation ID card to make online reservations can enter the park at the ticket gates at the south and west gates of Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base with the original ID card and the electronic QR code for ticket purchase, without exchanging paper tickets.
(2) On-site ticket buyers should show their second-generation ID cards, and enter the park at the ticket gates at the south and west gates of Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base with the paper receipts printed by the ticket office or the second-generation ID cards.
(3) Visitors who meet the preferential ticket policy of Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base must purchase tickets online with their second-generation ID card and relevant documents (household registration book, student ID card and Xuexin.com certificate) at the South Gate and West Gate of Chengdu Giant Panda Research Base, and then swipe their cards (codes) at the ticket gate for verification before entering the park. If the valid certificate is inconsistent with the information filled in the online appointment, the difference can be filled before entering the park.
