Basic conditions for bidding:
First, the contractor must have a health certificate (or complete it within one week).
2. The contractor shall provide free boiled water for the teachers and students of the school, especially in the morning.
Three, the contractor shall abide by the school schedule, obey the leadership of the school, and accept the inspection and guidance of the higher authorities and the health department.
Four, the contractor shall not use any excuse to stop cooking and strike.
Five, the contractor's purchase channels should be formal, the goods have the factory license, hygiene license, shall not sell moldy, toxic, unclean food, shall not sell food of unknown origin. In case of health and safety accidents, the contractor shall take full responsibility.
Six, canteen operators should keep the canteen clean and tidy, do a good job of killing rats and flies that endanger food safety. We should also pay attention to personal hygiene.
Seven, the contractor's meals, food quality and quantity, shall not deceive students.
Eight, the contractor shall not do things that have nothing to do with the canteen management, if there is a criminal punishment for violation of law and discipline, the school has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and all losses shall be borne by the contractor.
Nine, the contractor should take good care of the existing school canteen utensils, and shall not be damaged without cause. After the contract is signed, the school will no longer provide or update new canteen utensils.
Ten, the school provides the contractor with places, existing canteen utensils, management facilities and water and electricity (electricity).
Eleven, the undertaker should respect the choice of students, meals should be replaced within a week, and announced the name and price of meals. We should establish a sense of service and improve the level and quality of service.
12. The contractor shall pay a certain amount of deposit, and the meals shall be settled after being examined and signed by the client, and once every two months.
