Meetings and trainings held by party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels in the city are not allowed to be attended by people who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine in principle; Due to physical reasons, people who may have contraindications and cannot be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine should take the initiative to assess the vaccination units of secondary and above medical institutions in their jurisdiction. After scientific evaluation can not be vaccinated or suspended, the vaccination unit of medical institutions issued medical advice on vaccination in COVID-19. For those who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and caused COVID-19 infection, the "four-party responsibility" for epidemic prevention and control shall be implemented, and the responsibility shall be investigated according to the law.
