Notice on keeping the fingerprints of Japanese visa applicants in China
According to China's relevant laws and regulations, referring to the international common practice and mature experience, the Japanese Embassy in Japan will keep the 10 fingerprint of Chinese visa applicants (except those who go to Hong Kong and Macao) and issue biometric visas from February 8, 2002. When submitting the application, fingerprints will be collected at the China Visa Application Service Center (Tokyo, Nagoya).
The following persons are exempt from mining:
(11people under 4 years old or over 70 years old)
(Twenty fingers are incomplete or ten fingers cannot be retained.
Persons who have applied for visas and left fingerprints in our library with the same passport within 35 years.
(4) Persons who hold diplomatic passports or meet the conditions for examination and approval of diplomatic, official and courtesy visas in China.

Please note that the applicant must go to the China Visa Application Service Center to get his fingerprints in person. If someone pretends to collect their fingerprints, the applicant may be refused entry into China, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant himself. At the same time, in order not to affect the itinerary, applicants are advised to arrange travel plans as soon as possible and make an appointment on the website of China Visa Application Center in advance.

Application for flight information and health code between China and Japan in February.
According to the news about the airline official website, the routes between Japan and China in February are as follows (for reference, the flight details are subject to the airline announcement. Passengers planning to travel to China should apply for a health code through WeChat applet or /H5/ after obtaining the test certificate, and take photos and upload the original test certificate to ensure that the photos are clear and personal information is complete, so as to facilitate the inspection as soon as possible.
During the Spring Festival, the health code audit of embassies and consulates in Japan will be carried out as usual. Please observe the application time limit of the health code in the picture to avoid late-night application or check-in to avoid delaying the flight.
Japanese airports will not provide COVID-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody testing for transit passengers. Passengers are requested not to transfer to Japan, and the consequences of detention and repatriation caused by transfer will be borne by individuals. In principle, Japanese embassies and consulates do not issue health codes to passengers departing from Japan and transiting through third countries (regions) in China. Please choose a direct flight to China.
