Generally speaking, the habit of our family is. Bring food to the company during the day and don't put it in the company refrigerator, because you are too lazy to put it in the refrigerator. It takes less than 4-5 hours to eat at noon. The lunch box is sealed and sometimes it is still hot. In addition, you can buy an insulated lunch box bag, which may still be hot at noon. The price will not be very expensive. If you are really worried, put it in the company refrigerator. In fact, such a short time is not a big problem.
About how to choose meat and vegetables
I bought packaged frozen meat in the supermarket. Of course, fresh meat is the best, but if I really don't have time, I can choose to pack frozen meat conveniently in the supermarket. If you are at home on weekends, you will buy more fresh meat. Be careful not to wash first when you get home. Cut the daily dosage directly and repackage it, because it will go bad if washed. Then we put them in the frozen layer (below 0℃), and then the night before eating, we take them out of the frozen layer and put them in the cold storage area (3- 10℃), and then we clean them after getting up in the morning.
Try not to choose green leaves for vegetables. It's best to choose melons and fruits, but our family loves vegetables, so we often bring vegetables.
How to cook the next day?
Whether the frozen meat in the supermarket or the fresh meat in the market is frozen, it should be thawed in the cold storage at night. After washing the next morning, the meat should be marinated for about 10 minutes. I tried to pickle one day in advance, but it was too salty, so I chose to pickle it in the morning.
We shouldn't be idle in this pickling process. We can start cleaning vegetables, or prepare ingredients such as ginger, onion and garlic. When we are ready, we can fry vegetables first. In the process of frying, the meat is probably pickled, so we can fry the meat. We don't need to fry beef for that long, it will easily affect the taste. You can put a little baking soda in the braised pork, not too much, so that the fried meat will be tender and smooth. Because I am not used to using tender meat powder, I always use a little baking soda instead.
