Recently, some farms have also found a similar situation. It shows that the animal epidemic situation is complex, the epidemic source is extensive, and the virus mutation is accelerated, which leads to the abnormal occurrence of animal diseases, and the prevention and control situation is very serious. Once a major animal epidemic occurs and spreads, it will not only endanger animal husbandry production, but also cause public health problems, endanger people's life safety and social stability, and affect the healthy development of national economy and social undertakings. The output value of animal husbandry in our county accounts for 1/4 of the rural economy, which is an important part of rural economy and farmers' income increase, and is of great significance to promoting rural economic development and farmers' income increase in our county.
