The difference between first-class and second-class health managers

(Health managers are divided into five grades, namely, health manager level 5 (junior), health manager level 4 (intermediate), health manager level 3 (advanced), health manager level 2 (technician) and health manager level 1 (senior technician).

Holding the third-class certificate of health manager can engage in health management in related industries, including hospitals, physical examination centers, insurance companies, enterprises and institutions. Obtaining the third-level certificate of health manager requires certain medical knowledge and management ability. The examination contents include health management, basic medical knowledge, health promotion and disease prevention knowledge, management science and so on. Health managers adopt the national unified assessment model, and at present, only three-level health managers open the examination. 5. Different levels of health managers have different registration conditions, registration fees, training contents, certificate categories and wages.

Third-level health manager:

1, with a college degree or above in medicine and health.

2. Have a non-medical and health professional college degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have been formally trained by a three-level health manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

3, with medical and health professional secondary school degree or above, engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 3 years, and by the three-level health manager training to reach the required standard hours, to obtain a certificate of completion.

Health Manager II:

1, who has been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class health manager.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the second-level formal training of the health manager, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

3. Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, obtain a three-level professional qualification certificate for health managers, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

4. Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by the second-class health manager, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

5, with intermediate and above medical and health professional and technical post qualifications, after formal training of secondary health managers to reach the required standard hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.

6, with a master's degree or above in medicine and health, engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 2 years.

Health manager I:

1, who has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Class II health manager.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the first-class health manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

3. Have a bachelor's degree certificate in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or related professional work 13 years or more.

4. After obtaining the qualification of deputy senior and above professional and technical positions in medical and health specialty, they have been trained by a first-class health manager and reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion.

5. Have a master's or doctor's degree in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this occupation or the first occupation 10 years or more.
