According to Baidu's health survey, the transition from nasal feeding to normal diet is generally from clear liquid, liquid, semi-liquid, soft food and normal diet.

1. Clear liquid: It is a strict liquid diet, which does not contain flatulence food (such as milk, soybean milk and thick sugar) and is lighter than the general all-liquid diet. First eat 100ml boiled water, and then eat clear soup, preferably vegetable soup (without salt, celery, cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes), fruit juice without pulp (apple juice, grape juice, orange juice …), thin rice soup, or chicken soup without oil. At the beginning of the first day, drink a small amount (about half a cup), no more than 200ml, once every 2 or 3 hours, and gradually increase the amount and concentration, so that you can eat six meals a day.

2. Liquid: Common liquid diets include thick rice soup, honey, lotus root powder, jujube paste, sesame paste, soybean milk, milk, fruit juice and various soups;

3. Semi-liquid: mainly including liquid or semi-liquid foods with less slag, such as rice porridge, millet porridge, pumpkin porridge, noodles, wonton and so on.

4. Soft food: steamed bread, handmade noodles, jiaozi, boiled eggs, poached eggs, tofu, cooked diced meat, sliced meat, tender leaves and solanaceous vegetables, peeled apples, oranges, watermelons and grapes.
