Why can't Huawei Health connect his watch?

When Huawei wearable devices are paired with Huawei Health App for the first time, Huawei Health App prompts that the pairing failed. It is recommended that you operate through the following schemes:

1. Please upgrade Huawei Health App to the latest version.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone and the Bluetooth permission of Huawei Health App.

Please set up an iOS phone? & gt? Privacy? & gt? Turn on the switch of Huawei Health App in Bluetooth.

3. Please ensure that your wearable device is in a pairable state.

If it is not in this pairing status interface, it is recommended to put the wearable device and the mobile phone together, and restore the wearable device to the factory settings before trying to operate.

Warm reminder: Restoring the factory will lead to data loss on the wearable device side, so please operate with caution.

4. Choose the correct device model and Bluetooth name for pairing.

Select the settings on the device side >; About watches or settings >; About, swipe up and down to view the device name (that is, the Bluetooth name of the device).

When the Android/HarmonyOS mobile phone enters Huawei Health App> Devices > Add Devices, Huawei Health App will automatically search for devices in the pairing state, and select the correct device model for pairing according to the device name displayed on the device side.

If you choose to enter Huawei health App> device > add device > add manually, you can enter the corresponding device list to search and query the correct device model and the correct Bluetooth name for pairing.

5. Turn on the location permission switch of Huawei Health App.
