Therefore, foreign countries easily plundered China's billions of wealth through the financial war, while China is trying to make money with low-level labor.

Second, the core of body regulation is to maintain the vitality of the body and adhere to a normal lifestyle to maintain the vitality of the body.

Physical adjustment is the basis of psychological adjustment. The purpose of body adjustment is to keep the body energetic. Energetic people have quick thinking and flexible limbs. To maintain the vitality of the body, we should consider two factors, one is to reduce the intake of "garbage", the other is to clean up and discharge "garbage" in time, and we should also look at it from two aspects: diet and exercise.

1, food intake-the wisdom of three meals

What does the body need, what should we eat and what should we not eat? The general principle is not to eat "garbage" and "toxins", that is, things that are unnecessary or even harmful to the body.

From the perspective of three meals a day, breakfast can be a cup of warm water, or eat local fruits in season, or drink fruit juice and honey water. The advantage of eating like this is that you won't feel sleepy before one o'clock. Of course, you will feel hungry at first, but in fact, this is not your physiological needs, but your habits. After a period of adjustment, you will adapt. Ordinary people, on the other hand, eat too much breakfast, pay attention to excessive nutrition intake, which is easy to get sleepy and reduce brain efficiency.

Lunch can refer to the way and order of western food. Cook western food less, pay attention to the original flavor, natural, and not easy to eat more. The order of eating is from light to heavy, from easy to difficult to digest, which plays a role in protecting the stomach. However, all kinds of seasonings and techniques in Chinese food deceive the sense of taste, satisfy the appetite, and are easy to take in too much, which is harmful to the health.

Try not to eat or eat less at dinner, and eat light food, such as fruit and porridge. Most people pay more attention to dinner because of a psychological compensation-treat themselves well after a hard day's work. So dinner is usually rich, in fact, eating too much at night is very harmful. Because people digest things periodically, they eat them after noon. What they digest that day can't be excreted on the same day, but will stay in the intestine for fermentation and corruption, and toxins will be absorbed by the blood. It can be seen that Buddhism advocates "one meal in the afternoon" and emphasizes "no food in the afternoon", which is very wise.

2. Cleanliness and excretion-wisdom of rest and exercise

After the human body ingests food, it will produce a lot of waste after digestion and absorption. These wastes need to be cleaned up and discharged in time, and attention should be paid to rest and exercise.

First of all, we should have a proper rest. Traditional Chinese medicine theory reveals that each viscera has its own specific detoxification time. Only a timely rest can help the body recover and clean up, enhance the function of viscera and keep the body full of energy. At 9 o'clock in the evening, the body will begin to detoxify, and the most critical time is 1 1 to 1, so it is best to rest at 9 o'clock. If you can't, you must rest before 1 1, otherwise it will bring many problems, such as poor sleep quality and pale face. Staying up late for a long time, vitality will gradually decline, and even sudden death will occur. Secondly, we should get into the habit of exercising 1-2 hours every day. Because exercise strengthens the body's blood circulation, promotes metabolism, and is conducive to cleaning up the accumulated waste in the body.

Exercise is of great significance to life, but only aerobic exercise is healthy exercise.

Exercise can not only keep fit, but also improve intelligence and change personality, psychology and way of thinking. Of course, these effects can not be achieved by ordinary exercise, and not all exercises are beneficial to body and mind. Aerobic exercise is healthy exercise.

As a result, it will eat more and more, and it will grow stronger and stronger. This is also the reason why exercise to lose weight is ineffective, because you are doing anaerobic exercise.

4. Neijiaquan is the best aerobic exercise.

There is another sport that can achieve a similar effect, that is, Indian yoga, but there are few real boxers and yogis in China, and many of them just "dance" and "gymnastics", only exercising external limbs, not internal ones.

2. Tai Ji Chuan is the most extensive and profound internal boxing.

Neijia Boxing is divided into three schools: Taiji Boxing, Xingyiquan Boxing and Bagua Boxing. Form and meaning are straight ahead, gossip is playing around the edge, and Tai Chi is standing at the center of the circle, turning others into circles. The three are different from the lower level, but they are all the same when they are trained to the highest level, and they are all connected with Taoist wisdom.

It is a trick to defeat the enemy and points to the key; It is also the fastest fist. Practice slowly and move slowly. In fact, it is to use thinking to mobilize the whole body in the slow, ready to go, endless changes, and at the same time quickly hit people. "Fast" means quick thinking, psychological stability, quick response and concise action.
