Four categories of sub-health:

The first kind: psychological sub-health.

1, anxiety sub-health: anxiety that lasts for more than 3 months and does not meet the diagnostic criteria of anxiety disorder. Often accompanied by impatience, insomnia, panic, nightmares, elevated blood pressure, muscle tension, dry mouth, sweating, shaking hands, frequent urination and other autonomic nervous symptoms.

2. Depressive sub-health: depression that lasts for more than 3 months and does not meet the diagnostic criteria for depression. Mainly manifested as negative emotions, unhappiness, pessimism, indifference, lack of vitality and interest, and even suicidal desire.

3. Fear or jealous sub-health: Fear and timidity lasting for more than 3 months do not meet the diagnostic criteria of phobia. Easily jealous, suspicious, neurotic, depressed, too concerned about other people's evaluation of themselves.

4. Memory decline sub-health: recent memory decline lasts for more than 3 months, or the main performance is inability to concentrate on doing things (excluding patients with organic diseases or non-organic mental diseases).

The second type: sub-health

1, fatigue sub-health: fatigue lasting for more than 3 months is the main performance, and all diseases that may lead to fatigue are excluded.

2, sleep disorders sub-health: insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, dreaming, waking up) or sleepiness, restless sleep, etc. lasting for more than 3 months. , eliminate all kinds of diseases that may lead to sleep disorders.

3. Painful sub-health: all kinds of pain lasting for more than 3 months are the main manifestations, and all kinds of diseases that may cause pain are excluded.

4. Other symptomatic sub-health: any other symptoms lasting for more than 3 months are the main manifestations (excluding various diseases that may lead to these symptoms). Long-term physical discomfort in life affects and hinders our health, which eventually leads to illness and even sudden death crisis.

The third type: social sub-health.

1. Sub-health of teenagers' social communication: due to poor family upbringing, personal psychological development and other factors, it is difficult to adapt to society. Once they leave home, they have poor ability to live independently, and it is difficult to adapt to the new living environment, and they can't handle all kinds of interpersonal relationships well.

2. Adult social sub-health: Due to the change of working environment, the complicated handling of interpersonal relationships, the establishment of families, the upbringing of children, the pressure of work, the renewal of knowledge and many other problems that need to be faced, it is easy to fall into bad emotions.

3. Social sub-health of the elderly: Active adjustment of life content and social status after retirement will cause psychological barriers to varying degrees, which will easily make the elderly feel lonely, depressed, withdrawn or self-pitying.

The fourth kind: moral sub-health.

Moral problems that last for more than three months directly lead to behavioral deviation, anomie and deviance, thus causing people to have deep anxiety, depression and low self-evaluation.

Sub-health belongs to a non-disease state. To get rid of sub-health state, we should take the initiative to prevent and adjust our own life rules, not by doctors' diagnosis and treatment.
