So later, in order to solve deeper problems, I went to explore deeper knowledge, not only the theory, but also the common methods of TCM physiotherapy. But even so, I will encounter new problems in practice. Many people are cured physically, but not psychologically. If psychological problems are not solved, it will adversely affect health. Therefore, I turned from studying physical problems to mental problems. When solving mental problems for others, there will be problems that need to be solved by the body. In this way, I confirmed the words in the book through practice that human body and spirit are not divided into two, but exist as a whole. Solving the problem from one aspect is too one-sided, which is in line with Wang Yangming's "unity of knowledge and action" and Zhuangzi's "inner sage and outer king". When I understand this, I will change from addition and subtraction, and the physical and mental healing will start from living in the present, without involving the past and worrying about the future, returning to my true self, nourishing my inner children, integrating knowledge with practice, not caring, not being depressed and not jealous, just like "returning to the baby" and "returning to the infinite" in Tao Te Ching. At this time, I think about some methods when I was studying nutrition, and I really understand. It turns out that the road is very simple and the gold is in my backyard.
Having said that, I think everyone can already think of some natural cures that suit them. In fact, the methods that work again are also "sincerity, spirit" and "sincerity as god". If you don't believe or practice, it will always be someone else's method, not your own. In reality, we see too many people who only know how to maintain their health when something goes wrong, but it is too late to regret it. The ancients often said that "dying" has become something that we modern people can't catch up with. In fact, there are too many natural cures in daily life, but they are too simple to be ignored by everyone. I tried to tidy it up today, but I can't cover everything.
