1. Click on the user list in the upper left corner to find the item you want to return.
2. Explain the reason for the refund. Malicious refund is not allowed.
If there is something wrong with the goods, you can apply for a refund of the original price.
4. Click OK and wait for the merchant to confirm. The merchant will send a refundable one after confirmation, and click OK for refund.
