Since 200 1, the International Labour Organization has designated April 28th of each year as "World Safety in Production and Health Day" and regarded it as the official commemoration day of the United Nations. The purpose of setting up World Safe Production and Health Day is to commemorate the dead and injured workers, and at the same time to publicize work safety and avoid and prevent every worker who is engaged in labor from being injured and sick.
The International Confederation of Free Trade Unions and the Global Confederation of Trade Unions have developed it into a global activity and expanded its scope to every workplace. More than 65,438,000 countries in the world have recognized the International Day of Remembrance for Disabled Workers.
