According to the characteristics of mutant strains and the epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 population at this stage, this notice is issued to further guide the public and key occupational groups to wear masks scientifically and protect themselves and others.

First, the general public

Scenes and situations that require masks.

1. Shopping malls, supermarkets, cinemas, venues, exhibition halls, airports, docks, public areas of hotels and other crowded indoor places;

2. When taking a van elevator and public transportation such as airplanes, trains, ships, long-distance buses, subways and buses;

3. In crowded outdoor places such as open-air squares, theaters and parks;

4. When visiting a hospital or accompanying a doctor, receiving health checks such as body temperature detection, checking health codes, and registering travel information;

5. When symptoms such as nasopharyngeal discomfort, cough, sneezing and fever occur;

6. When restaurants and canteens are not eating.

Mask selection and precautions.

Proper use, storage and cleaning of masks are the key to maintain their effectiveness. It is recommended that the public choose disposable medical masks, medical surgical masks or masks with protection level above, and abide by the following provisions:

1. Wear a mask correctly, ensure that the mask covers the nose, mouth and chin, and the nose clip should be pressed tightly;

2. When the mask is dirty, deformed, damaged or smelly, it should be replaced in time, and the cumulative wearing time of each mask should not exceed 8 hours;

3. It is not recommended to reuse masks that have been used in cross-regional public transport vehicles or hospitals;

4. Masks that need to be reused should be hung in a clean, dry and ventilated place when not in use;

5. If you feel suffocated and short of breath during wearing the mask, you should immediately take off the mask in an open and ventilated place;

6. Take a spare mask when going out and store it in the original packaging bag or clean storage bag to avoid extrusion and deformation. Abandoned masks are classified as other garbage disposal;

7. It is recommended that families keep a small amount of particulate matter protective masks * and medical protective masks for future use.

High-risk jobs for overseas import and pollution transmission.

1. Work category.

Cross-border truck and train transportation, loading and unloading, etc.;

Cold chain transportation positions such as frozen food processing, storage, loading and unloading, and transportation abroad;

Responsible for drivers, flight attendants, cleaners and porters of inbound flights, trains and cars;

Customs officials who supervise inbound and outbound means of transport, goods and postal articles;

Airport, flight and other cleaning personnel, baggage handling and other ground personnel.

2. Mask selection.

Wear a particle protection mask * during the whole working period.

Staff of medical institutions.

1. Personnel category.

General contact personnel: including medical staff, security personnel, registration, medical guidance, fees, pharmacies and other personnel in outpatient and general wards;

Personnel exposed to potential pollutants: cleaning personnel, nursing personnel, plumbers, laboratory personnel, etc.

Contact with patients or infected persons: medical staff in fever clinics and isolation wards, nasopharyngeal swab sampling personnel, etc.

2. Mask selection.

During work, general contact personnel must always wear medical surgical masks or masks with protection level above; Personnel exposed to potential pollutants must always wear anti-particle masks *; Workers who come into contact with patients or infected persons must always wear medical protective masks.

Service personnel in public places.

1. Personnel category.

Including flight attendants, security personnel, sales staff, ticket sellers, police, chefs, hotel and restaurant waiters, couriers, cargo distributors, doormen, security guards, cleaners, etc.

2. Mask selection.

Wear a medical surgical mask or above during the whole work process.

Precautions.

1. The institutions that the above-mentioned personnel serve should provide them with mask products that can meet their work needs and meet relevant requirements.

2. All units should establish a strict supervision system and incorporate wearing masks into the unit rules and regulations and quality management system; Establish a mass supervision mechanism, set up a complaint telephone number, find problems in time, and implement rectification.

3. Each unit shall set up an independent storage device for discarded masks. Discarded masks in medical institutions are treated as medical waste.

Note: * Particulate matter protective mask refers to the product that meets the requirements of "disposable mask" in the standard of "Breathing Protection Self-priming Filter Anti-Particulate Matter Respirator" and has no exhalation valve. If there are special requirements, the type and filtration grade should be indicated in brackets, such as "particulate matter protective mask". If it is not marked, it means all disposable masks.
