The declaration process is as follows

Step 1: Pay attention to the official account of WeChat.

Step 3: Select the declaration type

The declarant chooses the declaration type according to the travel demand.

The declaration types are divided into four categories: personnel entering Yichang, personnel leaving Yichang, personnel returning to Yichang, and epidemic prevention vehicles.

Note: The first time you log in to the system, you need to bind your mobile phone number.

Enter the mobile phone number in the corresponding position, click Send Verification Code, enter the verification code, and click Bind.

Step 4: Fill in the application form online.

Take "Application for Entry" as an example.

Note: Fields marked with * are required. If there is no unit, please fill in the community name. Please prepare the following travel documents in advance:

1. Applications from units and communities

2. The destination headquarters agrees to return.

3. Departure headquarters pass

4. Front photo of ID card

5. Vehicle photos

Note: The maximum number of peers is 6.

Epidemic prevention and control headquarters: the destination headquarters is selected in Jinyi, and the departure headquarters is selected in Yili.

Please check the relevant information carefully after completing the report, and click Submit after confirming it is correct.

Note: If the approval is passed, you will receive a confirmation message from the head office, or you can check the approval progress through "Yi 'anxing". Step 5: Cooperate with the on-site inspection.

Please confirm that the E-Pass of "Yi 'anxing" is within the validity period before traveling.

When the vehicle arrives at the checkpoint, please take the initiative to show the inspector the QR code of the pass, and cooperate with the inspector to verify the relevant information, measure the body temperature of the whole vehicle and disinfect the vehicle.
