The first step is to steam potatoes, prepare a medium-sized potato, wash and peel it, cut it into thin slices, put it in a steamer, steam it for about 10 minutes, and insert it easily with chopsticks.

Step 2: Knead the dough, then take it out to cool, press it into mashed potatoes with a spoon, then add 1 tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoons flour and an egg, stir well, knead it into smooth dough, then roll it out and cut it into rectangular blocks.

Step 3: Knead into small dosage forms. Knead the dough into a long strip, and stick the two ends tightly together to form a small dosage form with a bigger tip between the two ends, and put it on clean gauze for later use. Because it is rolled up and then rounded, there is a gap in the middle, and it tastes fluffy and firm.

Remember, add boiling water here, or it will explode.
