If the employer unilaterally terminates the labor contract, it may require the employer to make compensation, but there are several exceptions, such as part-time employees and employees dismissed by the employer for violating the rules and regulations of the employer. (See the Labor Law for details, and I won't list them here-).
The cost of health certificate shall be handled according to the contract you signed at that time. You can submit an expense account if you write it, but you can't submit it if you don't write it.
