From the perspective of western medicine, the World Health Organization (WHO) once mentioned in its founding charter that human health standards, in which health is a perfect state of physical, psychological and social adaptation, rather than a simple state without disease and weakness, is a big general statement. Specifically, it also proposed seven or eight health standards. For example, the society adapts well and has enough sense of security. Bright eyes, easy gait, moderate weight, well-proportioned figure, no tooth decay, no bleeding and inflammation of teeth, smooth skin and muscles, no obvious protrusion and inflammation. There are also psychological aspects, such as harmonious communication with people and good sleep. Later, it emphasized the mental health standard of 10, in which there is enough sense of security, good social adaptation, appropriate satisfaction of individual needs, normal display of personality, appropriate venting of emotions, and appropriate self-evaluation without affecting collective interests.
