First, through this semester's study, my understanding of mental health has grown from scratch, from shallow to deep. Secondly, my psychological quality has been improved through study. Third, keep an optimistic attitude. As contemporary college students, we should have a sound personality and noble moral quality. Through study, I know that I should be good at my psychological adjustment and health care, know myself and treat my advantages and disadvantages dialectically.
