In 20 10, with the concerted efforts of all employees of the company, our team made remarkable achievements, successfully completed the road repair task assigned by the company, and did a very good job in safety guarantee throughout the year without any safety accidents. At the meeting, first of all, Captain Zhang read out the documents issued by his superiors, explaining that the theme of the meeting was to discuss among all the players around the theme of "health, safety, environmental protection and quality". After that, the manager expressed his views, and then the team selected representatives of the team leader, paver operators, roller operators and other personnel to speak according to the type of work. According to their different types of work, around the theme of "health, safety, environmental protection, quality", they launched their own views and self-criticism and improvement, and then all members had a free discussion. The atmosphere at the meeting was lively and everyone spoke enthusiastically, and the meeting achieved good results. Here, I sum up my personal experience in view of the particularity of this meeting and my own work.

We work in the hardest place to build roads, and the oil surface paving work that our team is responsible for will inevitably come into contact with all kinds of paving materials that are seriously polluted and will endanger our health, so we should pay more attention to our health. In view of this, we try our best to protect ourselves on weekdays. In hot summer, wearing a thick mask to block toxic gases, wearing a hat with a big brim to block the sun exposure in hot days, and coating all kinds of sunscreen on the face are all necessary equipment for our female workers. Men also carry a towel with them. From time to time, they wipe the sweat on their faces with a wet towel, and wipe their hair with a wet towel to cool the hair that has been exposed to the sun. In the cold winter, we put on heavy cotton-padded jackets and trousers to keep out the cold. At the meeting, we pointed out that the company should provide us with more logistics equipment, such as masks, gloves and towels, and distribute them in time. Moreover, our team is in contact with the oil surface, and the company should give our team a physical examination at least once a year to better ensure our health, so as to better serve the company and the people in the oil region.
The second theme of "health, safety, environmental protection and quality" is health, which we discuss most. Our working environment is on the highway, sometimes the road is constantly being built and cars pass by from time to time; There are also many equipment used for road construction, such as road rollers, pavers, trucks, waterwheels, etc. We should always pay attention to the passing cars around us after working hard. People around the construction site are watching all the time, so they should do a good job in safety protection, make warning signs to remind people around them of places that need attention, and so on. We are always talking about and paying attention to a series of security issues. We should try not to hurt ourselves, others and others.
The third theme of "health, safety, environmental protection and quality" is environmental protection, which has been mentioned a lot in the past two years. We should also pay attention to this problem, because our working environment is in the wild. For example, they can't go home at noon, and they all eat lunch boxes at the construction site. Bag the empty boxes after eating, dispose of them properly, and don't throw them around at will.
The theme of "health, safety, environmental protection and quality" finally talks about quality. Building roads and bridges is a good thing for the benefit of the people, and we should do our best. Now almost every family has a car, and the number of vehicles on the road is increasing year by year, which is a good test and pressure for our work. We need to work hard to meet the quality inspection of vehicles coming and going.
Building roads is hard work, and it also benefits the people. We love our work and build beautiful asphalt roads in our own way to benefit the people in the oil region. We care about our health, because it concerns the happiness of our family; We care about everyone's safety, because it is our duty; We care about environmental protection because we live under the same sky.
